Partner's Biographies

Randall L. Neff, SRA, began his real estate appraisal career in 1982. Mr. Neff is a graduate of DePauw University with a degree in economics. He earned the Appraisal Institute's SRA designation in 1993 and is a State of Illinois certified general appraiser. The majority of his work with the firm is in the valuation of multi-family, commercial and industrial real estate. In addition to appraising, Randy is an Appraiser Qualifications Board certified USPAP instructor, a State of Illinois appraiser pre-licensure instructor, and an instructor of the Appraisal Institute.

Theodore A. Neff, SRA, is a graduate of Indiana University and has been a practicing real estate appraiser and consultant since 1985. Mr. Neff has experience in consulting and appraising real estate in the Central Illinois market as well as the metropolitan Washington, D.C. market. The majority of his work with the firm is in the valuation of one to four unit residential properties. He is a state certified pre-licensure instructor and has been an adjunct faculty member of Illinois Central College since 1991. Tedd holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.
